We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstance. All approved returns will be resolved through an exchange only.
Every exchange request is subject to a ₹200 handling & shipping fee paid by the customer. This covers the high cost of reverse logistics.

Return Window
Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests raised after 3 days will not be entertained, no exceptions.

How to Return an Item

Share your unboxing video and order details with us.
Once approved, courier the item back using any locally available courier partner of your choice.
Pay the ₹200 exchange fee at the time of return initiation.
Share the courier tracking details with us on WhatsApp after dispatch.
You can use any courier service available near you — DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, India Post, or any other local partner.
