TDC: Delivery

We ship to all addresses across India at no extra charge.
Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer — delivery timelines vary based on your delivery address.
Deliveries are carried out during working days only (Monday–Saturday).
Once your order is processed, available shipping options and an estimated delivery date will be displayed for your address.

TDC: International Shipping
International shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight, volume, and destination country.
The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
International deliveries typically take 7–15 working days.
If there is any discrepancy in the shipping cost after your order is placed, we will get in touch with you directly.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charge.

TDC: Expected Delivery Dates
Delivery timelines vary depending on your delivery address — metro cities are usually faster than smaller towns or rural areas.
The estimated delivery date is shown when your order is processed and a shipping option is assigned.
Your shipping choices may change depending on what is available for your pin code at the time of dispatch.
Tracking issue? If your tracking link shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your parcel, contact us within 7 days. We can only track and resolve orders within 7 days of the delivery date.

 TDC: Sending Back a Return
Customers can arrange their own return shipment using any locally available courier partner. You do not need to use a specific courier — choose whichever is most convenient near you.

After dispatching your return, share the courier name and tracking number with us on WhatsApp so we can monitor it at our end.
